The rewards of patience: big changes for Mac users
In Jeff Carlson's March 1999 article he mentioned that Macs can HotSync with Palm devices after installing four extensions on the Mac side. He failed to mention what extensions, or where they could be found.

I would really like to know.

Install these in your System Folder:

• IrDA Tool
• IrDALib
• IrLanScannerPPC
• SerialShimLib

Install these on your Palm device:

• AMX.prc
• IrLib.prc
• SerialIrPnl.prc
• SerIrCommLib.prc
