If you're looking for an easy way to record your thoughts without adding yet another self-contained gadget to your arsenal, the goVox is pretty handy.
Landware sells the goVox for $49.95. It fits only on the Palm III series of devices (the Palm VII is too wide for it), though a model for the Palm V is expected to be available toward the end of 1999.
