Ultimately, though, my interest comes down to what Cheng can offer me as a Palm computer user, bringing me back to his PocketSynth shareware. I haven't used it myself yet, but if his User Testimonial section is at all accurate, then it sounds pretty good. On the other hand, PocketSynth may be better suited for fans of Tsiakovsky than Tears for Fears. My dreams of jumping on the retro-music bandwagon may still be a ways away.
