Pocket Express Entertainment Pack: a personal arcade (continued)

Summary
"Quit playing that game and take out the trash!" said my wife. I have explained repeatedly that when you're playing a game for the purpose of writing a review, it's called working, not playing. After "working" for two hours straight, however, this distinction appears to carry very little weight with her.

Based on the amount of time I spent playing each of these games, it's obvious that Pocket Express also spent a significant amount of time thinking about which games they should include in this entertainment pack. Each game is fun to play and top quality in both game play and presentation. All games will work on either the grayscale Palm m500 or the color Palm m505. The only game that's not specifically written for color is Pocket Express Blackjack.

The best part is that you don't have to use any of the precious RAM on your Palm handheld. When you want to play one of these games, just pop in the card, and the menu comes right up. One thing I found especially nice was that if you have to switch to another application while you're playing a game, the game will automatically pause. When you go back to that game, it will load exactly where you left off, and the screen remains paused until you're ready to start playing. In short, Pocket Express thought of everything!

The Pocket Express Entertainment Pack retails for $39.99 and can be purchased from their Web site at http://www.pocketexpress.com/Catalog/Product_Pages/Entertainment_Pack_mmc.html. This is a real deal when you consider that, by itself, PocketChess Deluxe sells for $24.99.
