HotSync mending and goal tending (continued)

I have found Goal Tender to be very helpful in keeping me on track towards prioritizing and then achieving those things that are important in my life.

Regards,
Tawny Yambrovich

Heather McDaniel responds
Thanks so much for your letter. When I wrote the article, my intent wasn't to talk so much about setting goals, but more about fitting the things in your life you just couldn't find the time for or would forget about in your daily life, like making your bed or taking your vitamins.

But I see what you're saying about how writing down goals can lead to developing habits and breaking down large goals into more manageable behaviors, and I agree with you.

I wrote an article in the January 2002 issue of PalmPower that's more focused on the topic of goals. You can find it at http://www.palmpower.com/issues/issue200201/resolutions001.html.

I'll have to check out Goal Tender for myself. It seems like it would be a really useful solution.

Thanks again for your comments.
